Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

-All of our orders are sent on a first class service.

-Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch of our standard A4/A3 prints. We do usually dispatch faster but during peak times we can reach theses timescales. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

-Please allow up to 7 days for the dispatch of personalised orders.

-We do not print A2 prints 'in-house' and therefore an extended dispatch should be expected. Please allow up to 21 days for A2 (or orders containing A2 prints) prints to be dispatched. These will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you are unhappy with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the dispatch or return postage. Return address: Flora By Design Returns, 35 Highfield Way, HInstock, Market Drayton, TF9 2UF (Please ensure you include your order number with your return)

Non personalised products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned a confirmation email will be issued confirming receipt of the item and the requested alternative will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note that personalised items do not qualify for refunds.
